ThetaHealing™ is a tremendously powerful method that can be practiced in person or over the phone. The practitioner is able to use and send Higher Power healing energy to you by putting themselves in a meditative state ( Theta Brain Wave). The practitioner can intuitively scan your body to find energy blocks, developed by accumulated emotions. We can help you to release these blockages. Muscle testing can also be used to unlock your negative core beliefs in the unconscious mind and discover what’s holding you back. The power of Theta means even the strongest beliefs can be released with ease and grace. Patterns that might have served you in the past may be preventing you from moving forward today. ThetaHealing™ will help you to release old negative patterns.

Cancellation policy
We recognize that sometimes it may be impossible to keep our appointments. If you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible at info@forrestpilates.com
Appointments missed without 24 hours advanced notice will be charged the full fee.
Session Location
We work primarily over the phone or via Skype, and recommend phone sessions for most clients. Phone sessions allow you to be relaxed in a comfortable and familiar environment, without the stress and hassle of traffic or worries about directions, parking, or arriving late.
For phone sessions, we will call you at the appointed time by phone or via Skype.

Honoring Your Healing Time
Our time together is scheduled and made sacred just for you. Please be on time and if you find you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice or your session will be forfeited.
Before Your Appointment
If you are planning to do a session over the phone please ensure that you will be in a space without any distractions. Please drink lots of water so you are hydrated during our session together.
