We recognize that sometimes it may be impossible to keep our appointments. If you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible at info@forrestpilates.com
Appointments missed without 24 hours advanced notice will be charged the full fee.
Session Location
We work primarily over the phone or via Skype, and recommend phone sessions for most clients. Phone sessions allow you to be relaxed in a comfortable and familiar environment, without the stress and hassle of traffic or worries about directions, parking, or arriving late.
For phone sessions, we will call you at the appointed time by phone or via Skype.
